London Women Get Fit for Free This Week
Around this time, towards the end of January, many weight loss resolutions go out the window. But women in London are getting help to keep up with their fitness goals.
Nike’s Training Club is hosting a week of free fitness workshops and classes which include yoga, dance, and hula hooping just to name a few.
Tuesday’s fitness class, ‘Train 2 Run‘ was taught by Master trainer, Jocelyn who told LCC News how thrilled she was to be supporting and inspiring women to keep fit throughout 2014.
Ladies are not only breaking a sweat during these sessions, but longlasting friendships have been made as well.
One woman described this week as a fun fitness party with friends!
