This sweet pumpkin cocktail is perfect to make if there is left over pumpkin from carving.
- 1 small pumpkin
- 25ml Archers
- 100ml Orange Juice
To make the pumpkin puree: peel the pumpkin and scoop out the seeds. Cut into small chunks and using a hand blender, blend until smooth.
For the cocktail: Add all the ingredients into a glass then add the crushed ice. Stir and add a dash of grenadine. Add a pumpkin garnish to decorate.
Named and inspired by the film, BeetleJuice, this cocktail is for those with a sweet tooth.
- 50ml Amaretto
- 50ml Apple
- 50ml Blackcurrant juice
- Half a lime
- Teaspoon of Sugar
Add the amaretto into a cocktail shaker, and then add the apple juice and blackcurrant juice. Add a squeeze of fresh lime to the shaker and shake well. Get a plate and add a teaspoon of white sugar, get a lime wedge and rub around the rim of the glass, put the rim onto the sugar and turn until it’s covered. Strain the cocktail shaker into a glass and add ice and a dash of grenadine. Add two lime wedges to the sides of the glass to create beetle wings.
This drink is green like The Hulk, but without the super power.
